Daniel C. Siedenburg

Daniel C. Siedenburg joined The Siedenburg Group in 2015 as a licensed Commercial Real Estate Associate in the State of Iowa and acquired his Broker’s license in 2025. He is currently pursuing his CCIM designation. Daniel graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. The degrees have served him well in the commercial real estate market, enabling him to provide creative solutions and excellent service to his clients. Prior to entering the commercial real estate field, Daniel spent three years as a residential mortgage lender in the Greater Des Moines area.

Being a native of Des Moines, Iowa, Daniel is proud to serve his community and continues to build and develop lasting relationships working with clients ranging from Discount Tire and Quik Trip to local businesses, churches and investors. He looks at the big picture to analyze all aspects of a situation in order to bring real estate solutions to his clients.

When time allows, Daniel enjoys traveling, fly fishing, being outdoors, playing drums and spending time with family and friends. He and his wife live in West Des Moines and are actively involved in their church.
